SMFlooring Terms and Conditions :

1. Total material value/ deposit is to be paid well in advance of installation date, to secure all required material and installation date. 

2. Payment of deposit will server as confirmation of quotation. 

3. The installation team shall assist in removing heavy furniture, but are not authorised to move electrical equipment, or musical instruments. 

4. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to under floor water or heating pipes, unless a detailed plan is submitted, prior to installation.  

5. The outstanding balance/ labour costs are due and to be paid directly on completion (EFT or Cash).

6. SM Flooring and Installers PTY LTD will not be held responsible for any additional repair once existing flooring is uplifted that is for clients account

7. SM Flooring and Installers PTY LTD is not held accountable for any damage to painted walls once skirting is removed or replaced unless stipulated on Quote
All materials supplied remain the property of SM Flooring & Installers PTY LTD until fully paid

8. All furniture and electrical equipment to be removed by the client before installation.It is the client’s responsibility to cut doors, (Unless Quoted )or do paint repairs, remove & replace cupboard kick plates before and after installation should this be required.
9. Whilst every effort and precaution is taken in maintaining the great level of workmanship and care during all work done, SM Flooring & Installers PTY LTD will not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered, either directly or indirectly, to any property or persons whilst on the client’s premises. This includes, but is not limited to doors, cupboards, furniture, wallpaper, walls, tiles, water pipes, alarm, electrical equipment and wires.
